Expertcenter is one of the oldest developers of information and legal systems in Belarus. The company has been supporting the Expert system for more than 20 years. In 2020, Expert 2, the second generation of the product was released. While working on it, the shortcomings of the first version were taken into account, which made the system more user-friendly.

Before starting work, an analysis of the first generation of the program and a survey of users were carried out so as to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the system. The results helped to make a new version easier to use.

The main page contains news and a block with new documents for the last week and month to make tracking of changes in legislation more convenient.

The filter search module with interactive tips simplifies navigation through the system.

The documents have the options of requisites preview, text copying, adding to bookmarks and following changes in texts and links with other acts. The system remembers the search history and stores previously viewed documents in a separate section.

The content in the system is divided into three target user audiences. The materials of the specialists, including tutorials and manuals, allow to correctly apply the norms of the law in practice. A separate section is dedicated to the current and expired codes of the Republic of Belarus.

The answers to the most frequent questions are placed in a special section. The feedback form and online chat make it possible to get advice quickly.
